With expertise gained from six automotive master technicians, including one specializing in electrical and European vehicles, Cody excelled, eventually becoming a shop foreman. His dedication and leadership doubled the shop’s production over six years.

In the last two years, Cody transitioned to an automotive service advisor and manager role, where he excelled in building customer relationships and achieving impressive sales. With an average repair order (ARO) of $650, he showcased his ability to upsell services and generate revenue, consistently exceeding expectations by selling over $100,000 per month with a 60% gross profit (GP).
